Description
This wafer-thin traditional Sardinian flatbread is light and crispy, also known as Music Paper. It was originally created for shepherds to take with them when they stayed away from home for months at a time. Ideal for picnics and just for snacking. Can be eaten wet or dry, hot or cold. Perfect with your charcuterie, or very simply dipped into extra virgin olive oil and served with a glass of wine.
