We’re in a beautifully restored heritage shophouse on Muntri Street, directly opposite the Hainan Thean Hou Temple in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The natural airwell at the heart of the building is our open kitchen, Pull up a seat at the bar counter and watch everything being made. There is nowhere else quite like it.
